Positions Currently Available
Tellers - Full Time in Cobleskill, Part Time in Albany and Rotterdam
Entry Level, permanent positions. We offer a competitive starting rate, based on experience. Positions include incentives and benefits. All schedules require half day on Saturday. We are looking for individuals with great communication skills, customer service and retail/sales experience. Basic computer knowledge is a benefit. Training Provided. Minimum of 6 months recent cash handling experience required.
This position is for a highly motivated Training Professional to lead the credit union training and employee development initiatives. Applicant must have experience in developing and implementing curriculum for courses related to excellence in service, effective selling, financial institution products and services and Microsoft suite computer skills.
This candidate will be responsible for guiding branch staff in all aspects of the branch experience, including achievement of sales goals, operations, lending and delivery of quality member service. Previous experience in a credit union or financial institution supervisory capacity required. Must have strong leadership, sales and communication skills.
