Membership Eligibility
You may join First New York if you live, work, worship or attend school in Albany, Schenectady, Saratoga, Rensselaer or Schoharie county.
OR
You may join First New York if you are an immediate family member of someone who is eligible for membership. Immediate family members include: spouses, children, siblings, parents, grandparents, grandchildren, stepchildren, stepparents, stepsiblings, and adopted children, regardless of their location or occupation. Also, any person who is a permanent member of an eligible member's household is eligible for membership.
To apply for membership, click on the Membership Application link below. Fill out the application and print it out. Bring the completed application, your government issued identification, and $5.00 to your nearest First New York FCU branch.
