First New York’s three Drive-Thru ITM Kiosks have advanced transaction capabilities, allowing you to complete all your banking needs digitally.
No ATM or Debit Card is needed. To get started, all you need is your member number. From there, you can easily deposit checks, transfer money, make loan payments, and more! Check out all of our ITM’s available services below.
**ITMs are available to members 24/7/365. However, assistance from a Member Service Specialist or personal service from a Live Teller is only available during hours of operation, Monday through Friday 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Saturday 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Operation hours may be subject to change due to holidays and closures. **Contact Center is available Monday-Friday from 8 a.m. until 6 p.m. and on Saturday from 9 a.m. until 1 p.m. **Member satisfaction is important to us.
